So as a career counselor, I am very interested in and intrigued by individual differences related to personality type, values, personal motivators, and individual variations in how people prefer to approach life and the world.
Here is a link to what I believe is of the better FREE Personality Type Assessment tests out there. This test will probably take you about 15 minutes to complete and will give you your 4-letter Personality Type based off the theory of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI).

As for me, I'm a textbook ESFJ (although I am developing more of my "I" and my "N" as I get older....but my "F" and my "J" are off the charts!). that was fun! i always love taking it. i'm an ENFJ. believe it or not, i was an ENTJ before becoming a counselor, and then my T became an F!
dave is an INTJ. we appreciate our lined up J's most of all because it's very strong for both of us and it annoys most other people we know. tee hee! :)
