Friday the 13th

While I do have some silly superstitions (such as knocking on wood when making certain risky statements), I am not afraid of Friday the 13th. To me, its just like any other day. And in some circles and cultures I'm associated with, 13 is actually a LUCKY number!

But some people, especially Paraskevidekatriaphobics — are afflicted with a morbid, irrational fear of Friday the 13th. I imagine those individuals are the ones huddles in bed this morning, hiding from the world and anxiously waiting for this day to end.

But for me, I'm just glad its Friday....regardless of the date. : )
